Job Description :

• Tactical / Strategic Purchasing. – Execute day‑to‑day buying activities while contributing to long‑term sourcing strategies.
• ERP System Transactions – Perform accurate data entry for purchasing and material transactions in EPICOR.
• On‑Time Delivery – Manage delivery schedules, expedite shipments, and resolve discrepancies to meet production requirements.
• Planning & Reporting – Update daily/monthly purchasing reports and follow up weekly with suppliers on forecasted demand.
• Purchase Order Management – Generate POs, expedite orders, reschedule deliveries, and manage excess/inventory control.
• Quality Collaboration – Work closely with suppliers and QA teams to resolve quality issues.
• RMA Handling – Manage Return Material Authorization processes effectively.
• Ad‑hoc Duties – Support additional tasks as assigned by Supply Chain Manager and management.

Requirement

• Education: Minimum Diploma qualification.
• Experience: At least 3-5 year in manufacturing or contract manufacturing or precision machining, preferably in the semiconductor sector.
• System Knowledge: Well‑versed in EPICOR, especially Material/ Purchasing modules will be added advantage.
• Material Management: Strong understanding of material flow, inventory control, and procurement processes.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self‑motivated, highly responsible, and able to work under pressure.
