CAD/BIM Drafter (Govt)

Exciting opportunity with a Statutory Board - involving in the Conservation and Urban Design in Singapore
Salary: Up to $3,500/month
Contract Period: 6 months

Job Responsibilities:

• Editing and cleaning of approved building / floor plans in various formats, both in 2D CAD and 3D BIM formats.
• Ensuring clean CAD / BIM data is systematically documented, organised, and filed.
• Working in a team environment to track the progress of data digitalisation and ensure that the pipeline of data is delivered in a timely manner to support use and implementation.

Looking for:

• Singaporeans only
• Min. Diploma holder in Architecture / Interior Design / Engineering or equivalent field of study
• Prior relevant experience will be advantageous
• Ability to read and interpret building submission drawings in both CAD and BIM formats (Revit, ArchiCAD)
• Ability to work meticulously and accurately with data and numbers, adhering to standard operating processes to ensure integrity of data
