Drafter (Entry Level, CAD/BIM) - 6 months

• Mon - Fri, office hours

What to expect:

• Edit and refine approved building and floor plans across various formats, including 2D CAD and 3D BIM models.
• Ensure CAD and BIM data is accurately maintained, systematically documented, organised, and properly archived.
• Collaborate within a team to monitor the progress of data digitalisation and ensure timely delivery of data to support implementation and operational use.

Who we are looking for:

• Diploma in Architecture or related fields with proficiency in AutoCAD and BIM Data (e.g. Autodesk Revit).
• Candidates should also be able to read and interpret building / floor plans.
• Meticulous individual who works well in a team.
