Call Centre Agent (1 Year | Bank | East/West)

Job Summary

This role handles customer calls on banking products and services, providing accurate information, resolving enquiries, and assisting with basic account-related requests. It also involves identifying customer needs and escalating more complex issues to relevant teams.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound (and sometimes outbound) customer calls related to banking products and services (e.g. accounts, cards, loans)

  • Address customer enquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide accurate information on bank policies, procedures, and transactions
  • Assist with basic banking requests (e.g. card activation, account updates, dispute reporting)
  • Identify customer needs and escalate complex issues to relevant departments when required

Requirements

  • Prior experience in customer service/call centre

Other Inormation

  • Jurong East/Changi Business Park
  • 5 days (1pm - 10pm, 2pm - 11pm, 3pm - 12am)
  • $2,500 - $3,500 + $1,000 shift allowance
