  • Deliver personalized service over the telephone to customers in the call centre regarding banking products, accounts, and service enquiries in an effective and efficient manner
  • Understand customers’ needs and provide appropriate solutions and support
  • Consistently deliver excellent service quality to achieve high customer satisfaction
  • Gather customer feedback and identify trends for continuous improvement
