Call Centre Officer #TNJHJ

We are hiring call centre officers to be outsourced to our clients

Responsibilities

  • Provide quality support for customer enquiries via phone, email, live chat, and occasional walk-in interactions
  • Handle inbound customer calls and assist with enquiries promptly and professionally
  • Support customer queries across multiple service channels, including in-person, email, and live chat
  • Manage customer escalations, complaints, and feedback to ensure timely resolution
  • Take ownership of client issues and follow through to resolution
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and support customer experience enhancement projects
  • Recommend improvements to processes that enhance customer experience, team productivity, or operational efficiency
  • Support ad hoc assignments, projects, and general administrative duties as required
  • Consistently achieve defined service and performance KPIs
  • Maintain professional standards when interacting with customers and colleagues
  • Having prior customer service experience is an added advantage

Location: Clarke Quay/Fort Canning MRT
Working Hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm (Mon-Fri) with 1.5-hour lunch break
Salary: up to $3800
