Call Operator (Remote)

We are looking for a motivated Call Operator to join our remote team. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills who enjoy customer interaction and working in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls using provided scripts
• Communicate with customers via phone and email
• Update customer information in CRM systems
• Support customer engagement activities

Requirements

• Good computer skills
• Experience in customer service is a plus
• Ability to work independently and multitask
• Willingness to work with outbound calls

Languages

• Arabic – Native
• English – Intermediate
• Russian – A plus
