Receptionist

The role

  • Answering the telephone and connecting telephone calls.
  • Providing meeting support.
  • Preparing meeting rooms for client meetings.
  • Collecting letters and parcels.
  • Liaising with courier companies. Sending parcels and letters by courier.
  • Caring for the positive image of our law firm.
  • Providing day-to-day assistance to other members of the Clifford Chance team.
  • Working from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

Who are we looking for

  • fluency in Polish and English;
  • computer skills in MS Office;
  • good organisation of work and the ability to set priorities;
  • reliability;
  • involvement;
  • high personal culture.
