Casino Communications Specialist

Description:

We are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented, and highly motivated individual to join our Casino Communications Team. If you are passionate about online casino games and enjoy managing structured communication and coordination processes, this role is a great fit for you!


Responsibilities:


  • Communicate with casino game providers mainly based on tasks received internally from partners or company staff
  • Request and coordinate new provider configuration settings, ensuring timely and accurate execution by the internal configuration team
  • Follow up with providers to clarify questions, provide updates, or resolve operational matters reflected in Jira tasks
  • Monitor and respond to incoming emails from providers and internal departments, taking necessary actions and providing timely feedback
  • Ensure all provider-related communications and updates are accurately logged and tracked in ticketing system
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to support smooth operations and maintain effective cross-departmental communication

Requirements:


  • Fluency in Armenian and English (written and spoken)
  • Good knowledge of Russian
  • Strong reporting and analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong memory retention
  • High sense of responsibility, ownership, and accuracy
  • Excellent time management and negotiation skills
  • Strong teamwork mindset and proactive approach to problem-solving
