Central Kitchen Manager

Job Title: Central Kitchen Manager (Chou Niang Jiu Niang)

【Responsibilities】

  1. Operations & Production: Manage daily central kitchen operations, production scheduling, and staff deployment to ensure a stable supply of rice wine (Jiu Niang) products.

  2. Quality & Food Safety: Enforce strict food safety standards (HACCP/SOPs), oversee fermentation and production processes, and maintain authentic flavor consistency.

  3. Inventory & Cost Control: Manage raw material procurement, stock control, cold-chain logistics, and minimize food wastage.

  4. Team Leadership: Train, motivate, and supervise the kitchen team to optimize workflow and increase efficiency.

【Requirements】

  1. Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in central kitchen management within the F&B or food manufacturing industry (experience with fermentation or traditional snacks is a plus).

  2. Age & Gender: Male, aged between 28 – 55 years old (due to the physical nature of inventory handling and operational demands).

  3. Knowledge: Strong understanding of food safety regulations, 5S management, and cost control.

  4. Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills under a fast-paced environment.
