Centre Administrator
Centre Administrator – Global Child Development Centre @ Tampines
We are looking for a proactive and organised Centre Administrator to support the smooth daily operations of our childcare centre. The successful candidate will handle administrative, financial, and customer service duties while working closely with parents, educators, vendors, and HQ to ensure operational excellence and compliance with ECDA requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily centre operations, administration, and coordination activities
- Handle enquiries from parents and visitors professionally
- Manage enrolment records, school fee matters, subsidy forms, and CMS submissions
- Process purchase orders, petty cash claims, and centre-related documentation
- Liaise with parents, vendors, and external stakeholders on operational matters
- Prepare regular reports and support centre events and parent engagement activities
- Ensure compliance with ECDA regulations and Centre procedures
Requirements:
- GCE ‘O’ / ‘A’ Levels or Diploma in any discipline
- Minimum 2 years of relevant administrative or customer service experience, preferably in education or childcare settings
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
- Familiar with ECDA regulations and SPARK standards is an advantage
- Positive team player with a proactive mindset and passion for supporting children and families.
