Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Channel Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and expand channel partnerships for a portfolio of leading cybersecurity solutions. This role is responsible for developing go-to-market strategies with vendors and channel partners, growing pipeline, and achieving sales and profitability targets in a competitive enterprise IT security market.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and develop channel sales strategy across assigned cybersecurity vendors and product portfolio
- Drive revenue growth, pipeline development, and achievement of sales targets
- Build and manage strong relationships with channel partners, distributors, and system integrators
- Work closely with vendors to align on GTM plans, incentives, and demand generation activities
- Identify, recruit, and enable new channel partners to expand market reach
- Support key deals alongside partners, including deal structuring and negotiation support
- Lead joint business planning and quarterly performance reviews with vendors and partners
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Pre-Sales, Operations) to support execution
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and partner performance to drive strategic decisions
Requirements
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in channel sales, preferably in cybersecurity, networking, or IT distribution
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and growing channel business
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions and enterprise IT ecosystem
- Established relationships with channel partners/system integrators is a strong advantage
- Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and commercial acumen
