Chartering Manager

Key Responsibilities:
1. Source and secure vessels for spot and time charters aligned with business needs.

2. Negotiate charter terms and finalise contracts, ensuring compliance and risk management.

3. Develop chartering strategies based on market insights and company goals.

4. Manage relationships with cargo owners, shipowners, brokers, and charterers.

5. Monitor freight markets and provide market intelligence to trading team.

6. Collaborate with internal teams to support charter execution and monitor performance.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Maritime Studies, Shipping, Logistics, Business, or related fields.

2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in tanker chartering, vessel operation, or oil trading logistics.

3. Strong knowledge of tanker markets

4. Excellent commercial negotiation and relationship management skills.

5. Strong market awareness and ability to work under pressure.
