CHATERAISE Central Kitchen is looking for Pastry Production Crew x 10!

Job Responsibility:

· Preparation and production of assorted pastries and puddings

· Ensure all products are produced with consistency and in accordance to the manual and the central kitchen processing SOP.

· Ensure all kitchen equipment are well maintained and cleaned properly according to the food safely standard and procedures

· Receive, pack and store raw ingredients and finished products according to their required temperature

· Basic housekeeping of the central kitchen

· Any ad hoc duties assigned


Job Requirements:

· 5 days work week, including weekends and public holidays (44hrs/week), rotating shifts

· At least 1 year experience as a pastry chef or as a central kitchen pastry staff

· Able to stand long hours and work in cool room temperature

· Team player, positive and passionate about confectionaries

· Work Location: 10 Chin Bee Drive (JURONG)
