CHEF DE RANG FINE DINING
The Chef de Rang is responsible for delivering an exceptional dining experience by providing attentive, personalized, and professional service to guests in accordance with the highest fine dining standards. The role requires ownership of an assigned section, ensuring seamless service, attention to detail, and a consistent focus on guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
The successful candidate will possess excellent knowledge of food and beverage service, demonstrate confidence in interacting with guests, and work closely with the kitchen and restaurant teams to ensure smooth operations and an outstanding level of hospitality. The Chef de Rang is expected to anticipate guests' needs, provide knowledgeable recommendations, and contribute to creating memorable experiences through impeccable service and professionalism.
Candidates must have a minimum of two years of experience in luxury hospitality, fine dining restaurants, or Michelin-starred establishments. A strong understanding of fine dining service standards, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment are essential. Fluency in English is required, while knowledge of additional languages will be considered an advantage.

A strong understanding of fine dining standards, service etiquette, food and beverage knowledge, and guest engagement is essential.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to remain composed under pressure are required.
A genuine passion for hospitality, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences are key to success in this role. Fluency in English is required, while knowledge of additional languages is considered an asset.
