Basic Salary: Up to $6000

Working Days: 5 days

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Childcare Centre Principal to lead the overall operations, drive curriculum excellence, and support the growth and development of our childcare centre.

Job Duties:

• Oversee daily centre operations in line with school policies and standards.

• Lead curriculum planning, implementation, and continuous improvement in alignment with the centre’s vision and standards

• Plan events, excursions, and parent engagement activities while building strong parent relationships.

• Ensure administrative compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Min.Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education or Early Childhood Education (Leadership).

• At least 2 years of relevant supervisory experience in a childcare setting.

• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
