Civil Engineer (Interdisciplinary)

About the Position: This position is with the Department of Public Works at Joint Base Lewis McChord, WA

Serve as senior mechanical, electrical, civil or architect project manager involving major repair, renovation, modification and minor construction projects.

Coordinate with program managers, technical specialists and users to establish what is to be included in designs, analysis, plans, specifications, studies and cost estimates.

Responsible for management of Architect-Engineering, Professional Services and Contract Management Services for contract actions.

Serve as Program Manager on the use and management of mechanical, electrical or civil and Architect-Engineering, consulting firms, construction contracts, and Utility Service Contracts.

Perform duties for construction management and Contracting Officer Representative for all construction contracts.
