Claims-Motor Dispatch

Description :

  • Receive and review motor insurance claims from customers via phone, email, or online platforms.

  • Assess initial claim information for completeness and accuracy.

  • Assign and dispatch claims to appropriate adjusters, repair shops, or field agents based on location, claim type, and workload.

  • Coordinate with customers, repair facilities, and internal teams to ensure timely processing and resolution of claims.

  • Track claim status and provide regular updates to customers and stakeholders.

  • Maintain accurate records of all dispatch activities and communications in the claims management system.

  • Escalate complex or urgent cases to supervisors or specialized teams as needed.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and service level agreements.

  • Graduate with bachelor’s degree. Insurance or customer service field is a plus.

  • Experience in claims processing, dispatch, or a related customer service role preferred.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency with claims management software and standard office applications.

  • Ability to work under pressure and handle high call volumes.
