We are hiring a Claypot / Sizzling Pot Wok Chef with real experience in claypot, sizzling pot,煲仔 or similar wok-based formats. This is a core production role in our dual-brand kitchen and the key requirement isconsistency under pressure. We are not simply looking for someone who can cook—we need someone whocan deliver the same product well, repeatedly, during peak hours, while working in sync with kitchen assistants and following brand standards closely. Job Responsibilities
- Complete the serving of casserole/sizzling pot dishes according to standards, ensuring consistent taste, cooking time, and presentation at the table.
- Cooperate with the Executive Chef to maintain standardized heating lines and peak-hour serving order.
- Work with kitchen assistants to complete ingredient preparation, replenishment, and finishing tasks.
- Promptly report any abnormalities in ingredients or equipment; do not try to cover them up.
💪 Requirements Preferred experience in the kitchen
- Experience with clay pot dishes, casserole dishes, or similar cooking stoves
- At least 2 years of experience with cooking stoves, able to independently prepare meals.
- Able to handle continuous peak hours without compromising flavor or technique due to stress.
- Willing to follow standards and avoid improvisation.
- Experience in chain restaurants, shopping mall locations, or branded restaurants. (priority)
- Able to train kitchen helpers and willing to teach basic skills. (priority)
