CHEFLAM'S is hiring Teppan Chefs who combine real teppan skill with strong guest-facing presence. This isnot a back-of-house-only role. We are looking for chefs who can cook with discipline, move with confidence,and contribute to the dining experience in front of the guest. You will operate one of our three teppan stations and work closely with the wider kitchen team during service peaks. We value clean technique, calm rhythm, stage awareness, hygiene and teamwork. Job Responsibilities

  • Control the pre-service and table-serving rhythm of teppanyaki products.
  • During peak hours, rationally allocate the cooking order and rhythm of the three teppanyaki grills.
  • Collaborate with kitchen helpers and the casserole line to complete ingredient preparation, replenishment, and temporary support.
  • Maintain consistency between the teppanyaki grill setup, actions, language, and brand image.

💪 Requirements Preferred experience in the kitchen

  • Existing experience in teppanyaki/teppanyaki-style food preparation.
  • Not shy in front of customers, possessing basic performance and interactive skills.
  • Clean and efficient movements, balancing speed, hygiene, and brand image.
  • Able to adapt to the experiential and on-site presentation requirements of a startup brand.
  • Experience in Japanese cuisine, hotel catering, or open kitchens is required. (priority)
  • Basic English proficiency is necessary for simple customer interaction. (priority)
  • At least one candidate should demonstrate leadership potential.
