CLEANING OPERATIONS MANAGER
TOP 2 CLEANING SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a responsible and experienced Cleaning Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our cleaning services across residential, commercial, industrial, and MCST properties. The successful candidate will ensure high service quality, efficient manpower deployment, client satisfaction, and compliance with workplace safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, supervise, and coordinate daily cleaning operations across multiple sites.
- Schedule and deploy cleaning staff efficiently to meet operational requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure cleaning standards and contractual obligations are achieved.
- Liaise with clients, property managers, and managing agents to address operational matters and service feedback.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate cleaning supervisors and cleaners.
- Monitor staff attendance, performance, leave, and replacement arrangements.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment, machinery, chemicals, and consumables are properly maintained and available.
- Prepare work schedules, operational reports, quotations, service proposals, and incident reports.
- Investigate customer complaints and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH), environmental regulations, and company policies.
- Monitor operational costs and recommend productivity improvements.
- Support business development activities, including site surveys and tender submissions when required.
