• Developing cleaning schedules, managing inventory (supplies/chemicals), and ensuring equipment is functional.
• Addressing client feedback, ensuring contractual obligations are met, and managing vendor relationships.
• Ensuring all staff follow health, safety, and sanitation protocols.
• Managing budgets, approving timesheets, and preparing performance reports
