CLEANING SUPERVISOR WANTED — CBD

Job Summary

Supervise and manage a team of cleaners across two shifts, ensuring quality standards, compliance with SOPs, and effective client communication to support smooth facility operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of 9 cleaners across two shifts to maintain operational efficiency
• Conduct daily site walkthroughs and perform quality checks to ensure cleaning standards
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance tracking, and performance monitoring to optimize workforce productivity
• Liaise professionally with the client’s facilities team to address operational needs and feedback
• Oversee stock and equipment management to maintain adequate supplies and functionality
• Ensure strict compliance with cleaning SOPs and safety standards to uphold workplace safety
• Report daily operational updates and issues to the Operations Director for timely decision-making

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience supervising a cleaning team, preferably in office or commercial cleaning environments
• Basic computer literacy to use WhatsApp and prepare simple reports
• WSQ certification (training provided if not certified)

Other Information

• The role requires the candidate to be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident (PR)
