Client Account Executive
Purpose of the Role:
- Daily management of providing service provisions for clients engaged with Salesworks Pte Ltd.
- Point of contact for all client contact, queries and communication internally and externally.
- Liaise with the Sales Network to support the daily management of the campaigns.
- Assist in research and perform first level campaign trending.
Responsibilities:
- Day to day management of the client relationship and communication.
- Able to stand in for CAM as first point of contact for all internal queries.
- Ensure all client enquiries & emails are answered daily satisfactorily after getting response from the internal team as well as the sales network.
- Collaborate with sales network to produce, update and maintain current sales collateral & training materials.
- Facilitate and support training to sales network
- Attend and conduct regular external client meetings
- Work in partnership with the client and internal support teams ensuring activity, processes, procedures and requirements are fully supported and effectively communicated.
- Develop and build strong relationships with all stakeholders.
- Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports
- Reconcile invoices and credits with finance.
Requirement:
- Minimum one 2 year working experience under similar filed i.e supporting the Account Management, Project Management, Client Account Management, Channel Management or Sales Management
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent English language (Verbal and written)
- Has a “can do attitude”
- Dynamic personality, with an ability to lead, engages and motivates team
- Able to provide simple solutions to complex issues and process
- Good organizational skills and able to meet deadline
- Proficient with Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel, Access, Powerpoint and Outlook
