Client Service Executive (Automotive Industry)

Job Responsibilities

  • Build and strengthen client relationships by managing campaign performance and introducing new services and ideas.
  • Understand clients’ business needs and deliver value through effective campaign strategies.
  • Develop and present media proposals and marketing plans to clients, including preparation of quotations.
  • Plan, map, and execute media campaigns across relevant platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with operations, marketing, graphic design, and editorial teams to ensure smooth campaign implementation and execution.
  • Prospect, manage, and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
  • Handle documentation and administrative duties as assigned by the reporting officer.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma certificate.

Requirements

  • Proactive and able to work independently.
  • Results-driven and self-motivated.
  • Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Prior experience in media sales, marketing, or advertising will be an advantage.
