Clinic Assistant
Job Description
- Manage the reception area, greeting patients, handling enquiries and phone calls professionally.
- Attend to patients and perform front-desk duties including registration, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, and managing billing (cash or credit card).
- Process insurance claims, handle Medisave transactions, and conduct regular stock-taking of medical supplies.
- Packing of medications
- Update billing records accurately and reconcile daily collections.
- Provide assistance to doctors during consultations if needed
- Maintain a clean and organised clinic environment.
- Proficiency in medical billing software and basic computer skills.
