Cloud Administrator / Cloud Engineer
We are looking for a Cloud Administrator / Cloud Engineer to join our team.
What you'll do:
Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
Manage Microsoft Entra ID, including identities, groups, roles, RBAC, and conditional access policies.
Operate Microsoft Intune for device enrollment, configuration, compliance, and application deployment.
Support application lifecycle management and Azure core services administration.
Provide incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for cloud services and business-critical systems.
Maintain operational documentation, standard operating procedures, and technical runbooks.
Ensure cloud services meet defined SLAs and operational requirements.
Enforce security best practices, including least-privilege access and zero-trust principles.
Support MFA, device-based access controls, and security baseline implementation.
Assist with backup, recovery, and resilience strategies for cloud workloads.
Participate in change management, risk assessments, and impact analysis activities.
Apply cloud security best practices across identity, endpoint, logging, and auditing domains.
What you will need to bring:
Strong hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 services.
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Microsoft Intune.
Good understanding of Azure core services and cloud architecture fundamentals.
Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and administration tasks.
Strong understanding of cloud security principles and best practices.
3–5+ years of experience in cloud administration or cloud engineering roles.
Proven experience supporting business-critical systems with SLA requirements.
Demonstrated experience in incident management and operational support.
Strong collaboration and teamwork mindset.
Delivery-focused and results-driven approach.
Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
Availability to work full-time on-site in Brussels (Belgium), with limited remote work (up to 1 day per week).
