Commercial Capability Specialist

Accountabilities:

• Plan and deliver training programs (online & in-person) aligned with commercial competency frameworks
• Manage training schedules, resources, and Train-the-Trainer initiatives to ensure effective rollout
• Provide on-field coaching to reinforce learning and improve sales performance
• Observe commercial practices and deliver structured, actionable feedback
• Monitor training effectiveness using KPIs and continuously improve content and delivery methods
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align capability-building with business needs
• Coordinate workshops, events, and commercial meetings while supporting ad-hoc initiatives

Required Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Education, Agriculture, or related field
• 3–5 years’ experience in L&D, training, or commercial capability roles
• Proven experience in training facilitation and field coaching (virtual & face-to-face)
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

Desired Qualifications:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with LMS or CRM tools is a plus
• Good communication skills; adaptable and self-driven
• Willing to travel; understanding of Thailand market and agribusiness is an advantage
