As Commercial Coordinator, you will help identify, coordinate, and scale commercial opportunities across Super's business in Brazil. The role sits at the intersection of strategy and delivery, working closely with Product, Marketing, Finance, Data, and Operations teams to ensure commercial initiatives are well-scoped, tracked, and communicated with clarity. This position is based in São Paulo.
What the role involves
- Product Demand and Opportunity Assessment: Identify and evaluate commercial opportunities across products and markets; translate demand signals — from data, from the field, from cross-functional partners — into structured assessments that drive prioritisation and investment decisions.
- Project Coordination: Own the coordination of multiple parallel commercial initiatives, keeping stakeholders aligned, timelines on track, and blockers visible — actively pushing progress forward rather than simply tracking it.
- Reporting and Communication: Build the rhythm of commercial reporting by synthesising results, surfacing insights, and communicating performance with the clarity and conciseness that enables fast decisions across different audiences.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as a connector across teams, ensuring that decisions made in Product, Marketing, and Operations are informed by the right data and context.
What we are looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience in commercial, strategy, or operations roles, ideally in fast-paced or high-growth environments
- Strong background in cross-functional working, reporting, and insight generation
- Strong analytical foundation: comfortable working with data, building business cases, and stress-testing assumptions
- Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without losing focus or quality
- Natural instinct for identifying opportunities and connecting the dots across teams
