Responsibilities

  • Assist chefs in preparing ingredients and daily kitchen operations to ensure smooth workflow
  • Prepare, store, and label ingredients accurately to maintain quality and safety
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across all kitchen areas to comply with food safety regulations
  • Follow recipes and presentation guidelines set by the Head Chef to ensure consistent dish quality
  • Support the culinary team during service and assist with mise en place to facilitate efficient food delivery

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Relevant culinary training or experience preferred but not required
