Responsibilities
- Assist chefs in preparing ingredients and daily kitchen operations to ensure smooth workflow
- Prepare, store, and label ingredients accurately to maintain quality and safety
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across all kitchen areas to comply with food safety regulations
- Follow recipes and presentation guidelines set by the Head Chef to ensure consistent dish quality
- Support the culinary team during service and assist with mise en place to facilitate efficient food delivery
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Relevant culinary training or experience preferred but not required
