Community Manager

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for members, addressing inquiries and feedback.
  • Plan and execute workshops, networking events, and startup programs.
  • Foster connections among members to encourage collaboration and growth.
  • Drive community engagement and support membership retention initiatives.
  • Build partnerships with startups, investors, and ecosystem stakeholders.
  • Manage community communications across social media, newsletters, and internal channels.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years in community management, coworking spaces, events, or customer engagement.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Passion for startups, entrepreneurship, and community building.
