Community Manager
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for members, addressing inquiries and feedback.
- Plan and execute workshops, networking events, and startup programs.
- Foster connections among members to encourage collaboration and growth.
- Drive community engagement and support membership retention initiatives.
- Build partnerships with startups, investors, and ecosystem stakeholders.
- Manage community communications across social media, newsletters, and internal channels.
Requirements
- 2–5 years in community management, coworking spaces, events, or customer engagement.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Passion for startups, entrepreneurship, and community building.
