Construction Project Manager (Facade)

• In Charge of overall planning, implementation and completion of the multi millions façade package within required time, acceptable cost and top-tier quality
• Manage technical complications and on-site installation progression
• Coach and develop team members
• Liaise effectively with internal and external parties to achieve more energy and cost-saving façade works
• Maintain and develop networks with suppliers and installer to better serve client’s needs
• Report to SPM/ Project Director

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/Project Management
• Have a strong background in managing aluminum / glazing facades projects
• Understand facade drawings and QA/QC codes
• Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities
• Proven ability to deliver quality products within budget and time constraints
• A team builder with respectful work ethics
