PROJECT MANAGER (CONSTRUCTION)
Job Responsibilities
- Plan and manage all phases of construction projects.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors.
- Monitor project progress and address delays or issues.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental requirements.
- Review construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
- Oversee quality control and risk management activities.
- Ensure successful project handover and closeout.
Requirements
- Possess at least a Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years working experience in Construction Industry
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Good written and spoken in English
