PROJECT MANAGER (CONSTRUCTION)

Job Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage all phases of construction projects.
  • Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors.
  • Monitor project progress and address delays or issues.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental requirements.
  • Review construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
  • Oversee quality control and risk management activities.
  • Ensure successful project handover and closeout.

Requirements

  • Possess at least a Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years working experience in Construction Industry
  • Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Good written and spoken in English
