Construction Project Manager

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day project execution to ensure works are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with project requirements.
  • Plan and coordinate site activities, work schedules, manpower, materials, equipment, subcontractors, and other project resources.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project coordination and timely resolution of site issues.
  • Monitor project progress, productivity, cost control, progress claims, financial reports, work reports, and project documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with contract terms, procurement procedures, variation order processes, risk controls, safety requirements, and project close-out requirements.
  • Lead and supervise project teams, promote strong workplace safety standards, and support team performance through guidance, coaching, and feedback.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction project management.
  • Relevant experience in specialised ground-related civil works.
