CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER
- Manage and monitor the overall project site
- Planning, monitoring progress, reporting allproject activities and resources with top management
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress report, costmonitoring, method statement, risk assessment and other reports related to assignedprojects
- Organize weekly site coordination meeting withsub-cons, clients and consultant
- Manage multiple job sites
- Ensure site documentations are complying withISO
- Lead and supervise site engineer regarding anytechnical issue
- Ensure site inspection form are in order anddeliver to QS
- Coordinate with QS regarding progress claim, VOand contract issue
- Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by top management
Job Requirement
- Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 15 years of practical working experiencein local building construction industry (Preferably in HDB Projects).
- Independent, positive attitude, self-motivatedand responsible.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
