CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER

  • Manage and monitor the overall project site
  • Planning, monitoring progress, reporting allproject activities and resources with top management
  • Prepare weekly and monthly progress report, costmonitoring, method statement, risk assessment and other reports related to assignedprojects
  • Organize weekly site coordination meeting withsub-cons, clients and consultant
  • Manage multiple job sites
  • Ensure site documentations are complying withISO
  • Lead and supervise site engineer regarding anytechnical issue
  • Ensure site inspection form are in order anddeliver to QS
  • Coordinate with QS regarding progress claim, VOand contract issue
  • Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by top management

Job Requirement

  • Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 15 years of practical working experiencein local building construction industry (Preferably in HDB Projects).
  • Independent, positive attitude, self-motivatedand responsible.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
