Contract HRBP/ Generalist #HJN
Duties:
• Partnered with business leaders and line managers to provide HR advisory support across the employee lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business objectives and HR policies.
• Supported workforce planning, employee movements, organisational development initiatives, and employee engagement programs to enhance workforce effectiveness.
• Advised managers and employees on HR policies, employee relations matters, disciplinary issues, grievance handling, performance management, and conflict resolution.
• Managed employee relations cases, including workplace investigations, disciplinary proceedings, grievances, and conflict resolution, while ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
• Provided guidance on the Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations, collective agreements, and HR compliance requirements to stakeholders across the organisation.
• Maintained accurate documentation and records relating to employee relations, disciplinary actions, and labour-related matters.
• Analysed workforce metrics, including absenteeism, turnover trends, employee feedback, and labour data to identify areas for improvement and support data-driven decision-making.
• Supported compensation and benefits administration, including salary reviews, annual increment exercises, bonus planning, benefits communication, and employee enquiries.
• Collaborated with regional and global Total Rewards teams to ensure compensation practices remained competitive and aligned with organisational guidelines.
• Utilised Workday HRIS to manage employee records, process HR transactions, generate reports, and maintain data integrity across HR systems.
• Supported HR process optimisation initiatives, system enhancements, and digital transformation projects to improve operational efficiency.
• Ensured compliance with data privacy requirements and maintained strict confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
• Led HR communication initiatives, employee engagement activities, policy briefings, and change management communications to promote employee awareness and engagement.
• Developed and maintained strong relationships with business leaders, employees, external agencies, and key stakeholders to support organisational goals and foster a positive workplace culture.
Requirements:
- Min Deg in HR or any relevant qualifications
- Experience in compensation & benefits and Total Rewards initiatives is highly preferred.
- Hands-on experience using Workday HRIS.
