Job Responsibilities

  1. Act as an HR business partner to support business departments from an HR perspective.
  2. Build and maintain the human resources management framework for the assigned business unit.
  3. Provide feedback to HR on the effectiveness of HR policies, programs, and processes.
  4. Manage employee relations and assess training and development needs.
  5. Develop and implement the annual HR plan for the business department.
  6. Execute HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
  7. Participate in leadership development and talent pipeline development for the business unit.
  8. Support corporate culture initiatives and participate in organizational change activities.

Qualifications

  1. Availability to provide necessary support during weekends and statutory public holidays based on business needs.
  2. Bachelor’s degree or above from a nationally accredited university; a major in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
  3. Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an HR Business Partner; experience in large internet or technology companies is a plus.
  4. Strong communication and coordination skills, with good interpersonal and learning abilities.
