Contract Patient Service Associate ($2500, Healthcare, Office hours) #HCGE

Job Description:

  • Deliver front desk customer service, including handling registrations and scheduling appointments.
  • Work collaboratively with doctors and nursing staff to ensure high standards of patient care.
  • Provide chaperone support during consultations when required.
  • Respond to enquiries via phone, email, and in person in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process payments and perform basic administrative tasks.
  • Carry out other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum N/O/A Levels or Diploma in any field.
  • Able to commit for at least 1 year.
  • Comfortable with prolonged periods of standing and walking.
  • Prior customer service experience is an advantage, though training will be provided.
  • Willing to work office hours, 5.5 days per week.
  • Available to start immediately or on short notice.
