1 Year Contract Patient Service Associates Needed (Multiple Locations, Up to $2500) #HCGE

Job Scope

• Assist patients with registration and appointment-related matters
• Support the coordination of referrals and follow-up arrangements
• Attend to general enquiries and payment transactions professionally
• Provide frontline assistance and ensure a positive patient experience
• Address feedback or service-related concerns appropriately and escalate when required
• Maintain effective communication with patients and internal teams
• Support operations at designated service points according to roster arrangements
• Assist with basic health screening activities such as recording patients’ height, weight, and blood pressure readings

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service-oriented and approachable
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Flexible to work earlier starting hours when required (as early as 6.30am)
