Contracts cum Admin Executive

Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for progress claims and all related matters with contracts
  • Act as key liaison for operation / site matters and office administration matters
  • Coordinate with operation team, contracts and site engineers
  • Other adminstrative tasks as assigned

Requirements:


  • 2 - 5 years of relevant work experience in office adminstration
  • CGCE 'O' / 'N' Level or Equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel
  • Knowledge and Experience in Construction Industry is an added advantage
  • Possess goo d coordination and organization skills
  • Great team player who is independent with pleasant disposition
  • Hardworking, self-driven and high sense responsibility, good time management skills
  • Biligual in English and Mandrin to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers
