Conveyancing Secretaries (HDB / BUC / PTE)
Details:
• Handle fullset of HDB Resale conveyancing matters.
• Liaise with Banks, CPF Board, Solicitors and Clients on various conveyancing matters with the conveyancing solicitors.
• Manage client appointments and monitor deadlines.
• Maintain organized files and records to support case management and compliance.
Requirements:
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience is required.
• Good communication skills, enthusiasm, and a positive and energetic attitude.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
• Good Organization skills and the ability to work independently.
