Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes according to traditional recipes and standards.
- Ensure the freshness and quality of ingredients used in food preparation.
- Monitor and manage kitchen inventory to minimize waste and ensure timely ordering of supplies.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace in compliance with food safety regulations.
