Roles & Responsibilities:
• Prepare, cook, pack, and label food (including sashimi) while ensuring freshness and correct portions.
• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and proper storage of ingredients.
• Welcome customers and provide good service.
• Monitor stock levels and reorder when needed.
• Train junior staff to maintain quality standards.
