• Handle customer enquiries virtually through phone and video calls
• Support small business customers with account servicing, trade and credit-related enquiries
• Review customer accounts and transactions in accordance with company procedures and compliance guidelines
• Resolve customer issues professionally and provide timely follow-up
• Work closely with internal teams to improve processes and customer experience
• Maintain strong knowledge of banking products and services while delivering excellent customer support
