Key Responsibilities

  • Handle walk-in enquiries and requests relating to insurance policies and services
  • Provide support and resolve customer issues within agreed service timelines
  • Manage customer feedback, appeals, and general enquiries professionally
  • Deliver a positive customer service experience across all interactions
  • Follow up on unresolved matters and coordinate with relevant teams when required
  • Support other customer service channels and operational activities as assigned
  • Assist with projects and ad-hoc duties to support business operations
  • May be required to support different service locations when needed
