Corporate Secretary Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION

· To provide full suite of corporate secretarial related services(e.g., incorporation of company, change of company officers and sharetransfers)

· Handling submission of ACRA & IRAS transactions

· Preparing Directors/Shareholders resolutions, Extraordinary /Annual General Meetings Minutes, relevant statutory forms and other relateddocuments for on-going corporate secretarial matters.

· Ensure that secretarial files and statutory records are properlyupdated and maintained

· Performing Onboarding / Ongoing Due Diligence Check on new andexisting clients

· Any other corporate and ad-hoc jobs as required

REQUIREMENTS

· Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Degree in relevant field, Business Administration, Business Management, Corporate Secretary or Law

· Great interpersonal and communication skills.

· Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

· Holding or currently pursuing corporate secretarialqualification / compliance background would be an advantage.

· Prior relevant corporate secretarial experience will be an advantage
