Corporate Security Partner

As a Corporate Security Partner, you will operate as a strategic and operational leader responsible for protecting people, operations, and business continuity across a dynamic, high-visibility environment. You will partner closely with business units, facilities, and cross-functional teams to assess risk, drive security strategy, and deliver scalable solutions that enable the business to operate securely and efficiently. This role requires strong judgment, the ability to operate in ambiguity, and ownership of complex security challenges with minimal guidance—consistent with individual job level expectations of independently driving cross-functional outcomes and influencing direction. You will play a key role in leading by example, upholding, and instilling Global Security values: Service, Integrity, and Awareness. Minimum Qualifications Must be able to work with highly confidential information A minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate security, risk management, or a related field Bachelors degree Ability and willingness to travel 10-15% of the time, with on-call responsibilities Preferred Qualifications Proven ability to operate independently and solve complex, ambiguous problems Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders and driving alignment without authority Strong decision-making capability under pressure and in dynamic environments Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results Excellent communication and executive-level presentation skills Experience working with vendors, contract security, and public safety partners Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work under stressful conditions and oftentimes in ambiguous environments Relevant certifications or advanced training in security, risk, or program management are a plus
