Retail Security Business Partner Manager

Apple is seeking a Retail Security Business Partner Manager with a background in retail security operations, managing multiple markets with concurrent programs, projects, and ongoing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have leadership experience, excellent writing skills, and the ability to foster and maintain good relationships with key partners and employees at all levels. This candidate will lead a retail AOR, directly supporting specific retail locations while playing a key role in leading a group of Retail Security Business Partners as well as other professionals. Minimum Qualifications 7 + years of loss prevention and or security experience with multi-store responsibility 3 + years of managing multiple direct reports with multi- store responsibility Ability to travel to stores within assigned area, and maneuver around sales floor, stock room and offices Ability to work for long periods of time at a desk on a computer Flexibility to work all shifts (nights, weekends, holidays) as needed Preferred Qualifications Wicklander & Zulawski interviewing and interrogation certification preferred Certified Forensic Interviewer, LPQ preferred Prior experience managing contract guarding and budgets preferred
