Corporate Trainer (Healthcare, Compliance & International Learning Programmes)
About the Role
FutureForward Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Corporate Trainer to design, develop, and deliver professional training programmes for clients across Singapore, Malaysia, and Europe. The successful candidate will possess strong expertise in healthcare, regulatory, and compliance-related environments, with the ability to facilitate engaging learning experiences for diverse professional audiences.
This role requires extensive international training experience, curriculum development capabilities, and the ability to support multinational organisations operating across multiple jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver customised training programmes for corporate, healthcare, and public sector clients.
- Facilitate workshops, seminars, and professional development programmes across Singapore, Malaysia, and Europe.
- Develop learning materials, case studies, assessments, and participant resources aligned with client requirements.
- Deliver training on topics related to healthcare regulations, compliance, governance, professional conduct, and organisational effectiveness.
- Conduct training needs analysis and recommend suitable learning interventions.
- Adapt training content to meet the cultural and operational requirements of international audiences.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and prepare post-programme reports and recommendations.
- Work closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful programme implementation.
- Stay updated on developments in healthcare regulations, compliance frameworks, and adult learning methodologies.
Requirements
Education & Professional Qualifications
- Masters Degree in Law or a related discipline.
- ACTA or ACLP certification recognised in Singapore.
- Certified HRD Corp Trainer (Malaysia).
Experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience delivering training within healthcare, regulatory, or compliance-related environments.
- Demonstrated experience designing and delivering training programmes for European clients.
- Proven experience facilitating training programmes across Singapore, Malaysia, and Europe.
- Experience working with multinational organisations and diverse professional audiences.
- Strong curriculum design and programme development experience.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent facilitation and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
- Ability to customise training content for different cultural and business contexts.
- Strong stakeholder management and client engagement skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Language Requirements
- Professional working proficiency in English and Spanish.
Travel Requirements
- Ability to travel extensively within the European Union and internationally as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing work authorisation within the European Union will be an advantage.
- Experience working with healthcare institutions, regulatory agencies, or compliance-focused organisations.
- Experience delivering executive and management development programmes.
