Cost Estimator (construction/MAX $3500)

Responsibilities

• Lead feasibility studies, cost estimation, and budgeting for construction projects

• Manage tendering, contract negotiation, and procurement processes

• Oversee preparation of bills of quantities and contract documentation

• Control project costs, including risk, value engineering, and variation management

• Provide expert advice on contractual, legal, and compliance matters, including dispute resolution

• Coordinate stakeholders and project teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil/Construction Engineering, or related field with 2+ years of experience

• Strong expertise in cost management, contract administration, and construction law

• Proven ability in stakeholder management, negotiation, and analytical problem-solving
